Please keep in mind that there is a 2-day cancellation/reschedule policy. If it is critical that you make any changes, please do so more than 2 days prior to avoid being charged the full amount for your session.

*Also, it is your responsibility to make sure you have sufficient meds to last to your next appointment. Please check your bottle for remaining refills and contact your pharmacy if you are unsure.
